These terms describe Free Core and the $12.99 USD one-time Lifetime Unlock for the BeforeGo product.
Using BeforeGo
BeforeGo provides a personal checklist and expiry-tracking tool. You are responsible for choosing sensible checks and for acting on the information they contain. BeforeGo is not a safety, medical, legal, travel, or compliance authority.
Free Core and Lifetime Unlock
The Free Core is available without an account and includes the core daily preflight experience, subject to the limits described in the product. Lifetime Unlock is a $12.99 USD one-time purchase for the paid feature tier of the purchased BeforeGo product. It is not a subscription. Lifetime Unlock includes expanded checks, the full curated pack library, specific weekday routines, and backup & restore.
Refunds
Lifetime Unlock purchases include a 30-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, contact ammarrahhal28@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase with the purchase details requested by support. Eligible refunds are handled through the payment provider's supported refund mechanism. This guarantee does not waive or limit mandatory consumer rights where applicable.
Availability and changes
BeforeGo is provided as a static web application and may be updated, temporarily unavailable, or affected by browser, device, operating-system, hosting, or platform changes. Lifetime means continued access to the purchased BeforeGo Lifetime Unlock capabilities for the lifetime of the product or service, subject to these Terms and normal product evolution. It does not promise perpetual hosting or infrastructure, permanent compatibility with every future browser or platform, or unrelated future features.
Your data and backups
Core checklist data is stored locally by default. You are responsible for your device, browser storage, and any backup files you create. If local data is cleared, a browser profile is reset, or a device is lost, recovery may not be possible without a backup. Do not use BeforeGo as the only record of a deadline or obligation that requires independent verification.
Acceptable use
Use BeforeGo lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the static service, bypass purchase or feature controls, interfere with another person’s data, or use the product to create a false sense of safety in circumstances that require professional guidance or an official source.
